Myrna Domoney, DDS
A practicing dentist in Tulsa and Broken Arrow for more than two decades, Dr. Domoney graduated from the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Dentistry, where she received the American Association of Women Dentists award. Dr. Domoney believes it is imperative to stay up to date through continuing education courses. She has numerous hours of continuing education in all phases of dentistry, including studies at The Center for Advanced Dental Study.
Even before the current interest in cosmetic dentistry, she received extensive training at Baylor’s postgraduate program in Esthetic Dentistry as well as the Comprehensive Esthetic Restorative Continuum, which focused on esthetics and porcelain veneers. Both programs were headed by nationally known esthetic clinicians and included many well-known cosmetic lecturers.
Dr. Domoney is a trained provider for our ultra performance laser, allowing her to offer a wide variety of services. Dr. Domoney is a trained provider for the Oasys 2 sleep apnea appliance. She has taken many specialized courses regarding sleep apnea and dental treatments.
Dr. Domoney is a member of the American Dental Association, Oklahoma Dental Association, and Tulsa County Dental Society.
In her free time, because she realizes the importance of overall health, she tries to practice what she advises patients. She can often be found working in her garden, and she also makes time to get in at least 150 minutes per week of exercise by biking, swimming, pilates, and walking.
Kali Domoney Milner, DDS
Dr. Kali Domoney Milner grew up in Tulsa and is happy to be back practicing in the city she calls home. After attending Union High School, Dr. Milner's journey to become a dentist began at Baylor University where she graduated magna cum laude. During summer breaks, she gained invaluable experience working as a camp counselor at New Life Ranch and Kanakuk Kamps and in a research lab at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. A report on Dr. Milner's research was published in Baylor's undergraduate scholarly publication. The research she participated in was later published in the journal Cancer Research.
Dr. Milner graduated from The University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. While acquiring the knowledge and surgical skills to become a dentist, she earned the "College of Dentistry Senior Oral Biology Award" and the "Ishmael Essay and Research Presentation" first place award through her elective dental research.
Upon graduation from dental school, Dr. Milner moved to New York, where she was selected for a general practice residency at Montefiore Medical Center. Following her formal training, Dr. Milner continues to learn and stay up to date through continuing education on many topics. Dr. Milner has invested in many hours of training in dental lasers to provide state of the art treatment.Dr. Milner is a current member of the Tulsa [Dental] Study Club where she enjoys gathering more knowledge with other general dentists and specialists. Dr. Milner is a member of the American Dental Association, the Oklahoma Dental Association, and the Tulsa County Dental Society.
Dustee Dobbs, RDH
Dustee is a graduate of Tulsa Community College where she graduated with an Associate in Applied Science in Dental Hygiene.
She has worked alongside Dr. Domoney and the Oasis Dentistry Team since 2005. With almost three decades in the dental field, Dustee believes in providing long term education on prevention, disease and health management.
Dustee considers the mouth to be incredibly important in systemic function and overall well-being. She is Laser Certified with Laser Dentistry Resources in 2011 and again in 2019 with Advanced Dental Hygiene. Dustee is a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association, Oklahoma Dental Hygiene Association and Tulsa County Dental Hygiene Society as well as a member of the Workforce Advisory Committee for Tulsa Community College.
When she is not at work, she is found enjoying the outdoors with her husband. They enjoy snorkeling, biking and family time. Her bucket list is to become a world traveler.
